Internal and external plaster with dot-and-dab guides for a perfectly flat, paint-ready substrate.
A flat wall starts with a disciplined plaster process. Our teams set dot-and-dab guides on every wall before the first trowel of mortar goes on, guaranteeing the finished face lands within ±3 mm over a 2 m straight-edge — the tolerance that prevents undulation showing through premium emulsion finishes.
We use a two-coat system: a 12 mm scratch coat of cement-sand at 1:4 for mechanical key, followed by a 6 mm finishing coat at 1:6 with a smooth steel-float finish. External plaster receives a waterproofing compound in the mix and is cured for a full seven days to prevent shrinkage cracks.
Wall beading is used at all external corners and door frames so the plaster termination is crisp and impact-resistant. Internal soffits (ceiling undersides) are plastered to the same standard so you receive a continuous quality surface throughout.
