Plumbing
CPVC hot-and-cold supply, uPVC drainage and sanitary-ware installation with pressure-tested joints.
Our plumbing division works from a shop drawing prepared before walls are plastered, so every chase, sleeve and floor-trap position is agreed by the architect and interior designer in advance. Hot-and-cold supply lines are run in CPVC — chosen for its heat resistance, low expansion and certified food-safe rating — with all joints solvent-welded and pressure-tested at 1.5× working pressure before any wall closes.
Drainage and soil lines are uPVC with ring-seal fittings for a leak-free, odour-proof network. We install PTMT or CP brass concealed cisterns, wall-hung WCs and basin mixers to the make and model specified in your BOQ, and we commission and test every outlet before handing over.
Our plumbers carry ISI-marked pipes and fittings only — no loose-market substitutes — and each circuit is documented on an as-built drawing included in your handover folder.
