Plaster-of-Paris and gypsum-board ceilings — coves, coffers, tray ceilings and recessed lighting zones.
A well-designed ceiling transforms the feel of a room without adding a square foot of floor area. Our POP and false-ceiling division works directly from your interior designer’s reflected ceiling plan (RCP), building the framework to drawing dimensions so that downlight centres, cove reveals and step heights land exactly where specified.
We build in PPGI (pre-painted galvanised iron) channel and stud framing for gypsum-board ceilings — lighter, faster and dimensionally stable compared to traditional POP on jute mesh. For exposed POP work (coves, cornices, medallions) we use GP-grade plaster with fibre reinforcement for crack resistance.
All ceiling work is carried out after first-fix electrical and AC ducting are signed off, so every service is concealed cleanly. Access panels are flush-fitted and located in positions agreed with your MEP consultant before boarding begins.
