Interior emulsion, exterior texture and deck coatings — preparation and application by our certified paint team.
Paint is the finish the eye reads first — and the one that exposes every plastering flaw. Our painting team carries out the same disciplined prep on every project: wall putty applied in two coats and sanded to 100-grit flatness before primer, then two finish coats of Dulux Velvet Touch or Asian Paints Royale applied by brush-and-roller for even sheen, or by airless spray for large commercial surfaces requiring zero lap marks.
For exterior facades we specify textured coatings (Apex Duracast or equivalent) over a waterproofing primer, providing crack-bridging flexibility and a 10-year exterior warranty from the paint manufacturer. Exposed concrete and structural steel receive an appropriate primer–topcoat system specified by our engineer.
We work with your interior designer’s colour schedule, procuring all paint centrally to ensure consistency across batch numbers in the same room. Touch-up paint (0.5 L per room) is included in every handover package.
