Renovation projects are complex because every wall hides a surprise. Skyline mitigates this by spending time on a structured pre-construction survey before any price is agreed: we map live services, test slab thickness, identify asbestos or hazardous materials and photograph every corner of the existing condition. The result is a scope of work that reflects reality rather than wishful thinking — and a fixed-price contract you can rely on.
Our in-house scope covers demolition and debris removal, structural repairs (RCC jacketing, slab stitching), replumbing, rewiring, new partitions, floor levelling, plastering, false ceilings, furniture and a full paint programme — all coordinated by a single site manager who reports to you weekly. We do not subcontract the core trades, so accountability is clear throughout.
We have delivered renovation projects ranging from single-room refreshes (3–4 weeks) to complete gut-and-rebuild of 3,000 sq ft bungalows (4–5 months). Every project is phased so you can occupy part of the property while work continues if needed.
