Site-fabricated kitchen, wardrobe, vanity and storage units in MDF, BWP ply and solid wood.
Our joinery workshop fabricates built-in furniture to your interior designer’s shop drawings: modular kitchens, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, TV units, study stations, vanity units and custom storage. Carcasses are built in 18 mm BWP (boiling waterproof) marine ply for structural rigidity and moisture resistance; shutters are MDF, particle board or solid wood depending on the specified finish.
Shutters receive primer, putty and two coats of Dulux or Asian Paints exterior-grade enamel for in-house lacquer finishes, or are wrapped in PVC membrane, veneer or laminate to designer specification. All edge banding is 2 mm ABS applied with hot-melt adhesive and trimmed flush — no exposed raw MDF edges.
Hardware is supplied from Hettich, Häfele or equivalent European-specification fittings: full-extension soft-close drawer runners, hydraulic lift-up systems, push-to-open mechanisms and concealed Blum hinges — specified by your designer, procured by us and installed by our team.
